Long time No Post

Well, Breaking my hand wasnt too much of a fun thing.. slowed me down MASSIVELY on picture taking. i'm back up to speed now [ cast off june 21st i think]

anywho i hit 22 thousand photos this past weekend so i was excited... I havent done too much PHOTOGRAPHY lately as I normally do but i have done a good bit. I shot everyones portraits for the junior class ring ceromony [my class] but i didnt have time to really shoot anything i just clicked it and hoped it came out alright. I did get some interesting shots of my ring at home though using a home-made light box out of paper and just my camera flash. [posting those later]

but i kinda had forgotten about my little blog spot but i've got some free time now as I played football the whole fall. Now, the main course.
I really didnt have an aim for my blogspot but I think i'll aim for shooting some shots and telling how I did them. I'll also talk about my photographic adventures =D

Gotta Gig

Today I got some great news...My uncle called and told me that he's doing a wedding in september.. 500 bucks.. I said yeah sweet.. then he goes yeahh you'll be there.. there looking for a sunset wedding.. and I was ofcourse dumbfounded and kinda didnt know what to say. But the panasonic will be doing some shooting on Sept 27th! I'm so excited but i'm not sure what to do .. i've only been to a few weddings much less actually be the photographer.. My uncles been doing it for years with film and still doing it with film so whatever I get is going to be extra but i'm excited my pano shoots better than his dImage when were shooting the same thing and i've shot more and better than he ever has so I hope it kicks in during the wedding.. Just have to wear a suit.. blahhh

Opening Post

Well,My name's Scott and im from a little town in SC. Turn sixteen at the end of this month so i'm happy on that part. I love to fish,hunt,party,play guitar,drive around,hang out, go to the beach and most importantly take pictures. I own a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ8K and on June 9th 2007 it was purchaced and taken about 17500 pictures with it. i was planning on making the 18 thousanth picture for the anniversary but I broke my hand and it slowed me down for a couple days and i dont think i can make the deadline.
